CAT usernames end with @broadbandsolutions.com.au.
If you have forgotten your username or your password, you will need to call the Support department at 1300 683 000, option 3 to reset your details. We will contact the account owner and send reset information to the registered account owner.
BBS Portal accounts end with @[your company name here], and are configured by your system administrator.
If you have forgotten your username or your password, you will need to contact your system administrator to reset your details. Broadband Solutions does not manage BBS Portal accounts and cannot reset them for you.
